CityPlace Development

Peterson Companies was responsible for the irrigation and landscaping portion of this major and on going commercial development in Woodbury, Minnesota. CityPlace consists of shops, restaurants, and hotels that serve this rapidly growing suburb. We started on this project in 2015, but the work was separated into several phases spreading over the course of three growing seasons while all of the different project components came together. The completed project included:

• Installation of irrigation system
• Installation of plants, shrubs, and trees
• Installation of over 7,000 SY of sod
• Installation of various grasses by seed
• Installation of mulch, rock, and edging across site
