DOWNTOWN EAST COMMONS

This two-block city park next to US Bank Stadium in downtown Minneapolis is one of our most unique projects to date. We were awarded the landscape, irrigation, and site furnishing portions of this project. Coordination and timing were crucial for this project while working alongside many other contractors with a strict completion date prior to the season opener for the Minnesota Vikings. The project included:

  • Mass Grading, Sand & Soil Imports, and Site Preparation
  • Irrigation
  • Water Re-Use System
  • Landscaping
  • Sod
  • Porous Pavement
  • Site Furnishings
