Forest Lake Roundabout

We were proud to be awarded the general contract for the Forest Lake Roundabout project as it was located just a few miles from our office. Our employees have many ties to this area, adding to the excitement of being a part of this large project.

Work Completed Included:

• ·Mass demolition and removal of existing concrete and asphalt
• Removal and disposal of contaminated material
• Extensive replacement of existing utility infrastructure that dated back to the 1930s
• Reconnection of 35 businesses to new water and sewer lines
• Soil corrections for all new paved areas
• Installation of retaining walls, landscaping, irrigation, and site furnishings
