Northfield Retirement Community

We were selected to complete phase I and phase II of the Pathways of Faith Park project at the Northfield Retirement Community. This consisted of converting a wooded lot to a beautiful relaxing path of gradual slopes and landscaping. Phase II of the project consisted of lining the existing channels/streams/ponds with EPDM pond liners and placing riprap over the liner. Also, a large pump was installed to feed a bubbling waterfall at the beginning of the park. All of this work was completed in-house. The final product allows residents to walk on the concrete and paver installed pathways listening to the splashes of a gently moving stream and waterfall.
