We were proud to be awarded the general contract for the Forest Lake Roundabout project as it was located just a few miles from our office. Our employees have many ties to this area, adding to the excitement of being a part of this large project.
Work Completed Included:
- ·Mass demolition and removal of existing concrete and asphalt
- Removal and disposal of contaminated material
- Extensive replacement of existing utility infrastructure that dated back to the 1930s
- Reconnection of 35 businesses to new water and sewer lines
- Soil corrections for all new paved areas
- Installation of retaining walls, landscaping, irrigation, and site furnishings
